Jacko Accepts Imaginary Award

A kind gesture by MTV turned into an embarrassing situation for one of its biggest stars. In 2002, a dominatrix-looking Britney Spears presented Michael Jackson with a statuette in honor of his 44th birthday, but viewers scratched their collective heads when Jacko launched into a long speech accepting the "Artist of the Millennium" award. Host Jimmy Fallon accepted his own "millennium" award later in the show, saying, "Everyone's getting them."
