Why They're About to Pop: To a widespread fanbase, Coheed and Cambria have already exploded, but there are still many who have yet to experience the band's prog-rock fantasia. Coheed's discography comprises four albums that tell the tale of the Armory Wars, conceptualized by frontman Claudio Sanchez. Over the past five years, the band has been blowing people away with their musical intricacy and well-spun story, which has turned into a cult phenomenon involving comic books and side projects. Coheed's latest album, 'No World For Tomorrow,' is the final chapter in the Armory Wars (and the story of Coheed and Cambria Kilgannon), and features the Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins on drums.

Three Questions with bassist Mic Todd:

What's your favorite song on the album?

'On The Brink.' It basically started out as a piano part, and [the band] said, "Here, write a part and come back when it's done." I had a lot of fun just groovin' along with that one. It's pretty much improvised and that's what I love to do.

If we looked inside your refrigerator, what would we find?

I'm never home so I don't keep food, but my puppy needs eyeball medicine, so that's in there.

What did you think life as a musician would be like when you first started out, and how does it compare to what it's really like for you now?

I thought when you made it, you made it. And while I have a career, I'm not the best bassist ever, yet, so I gotta keep practicing.
