Why They're About to Pop: This funky electropop 6-piece is making waves in the rock scene. While their sophomore EP, 'Punch You Lights Out,' dabbles in many genres and is laced with synths and drum machines, the band has honed their unique sound into a smoother sense of soul -- like diet Maroon 5 for the younger pop rock generation. Tipping their hats to Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and even Justin Timberlake, Danger Radio is about to take the country by storm. They've already opened for the likes of Gym Class Heroes and Hot Hot Heat, and have also had successful stints at festivals like Bamboozle and Bumbershoot. You can catch them on the PacSun Tour with Envy on the Coast, the Audition and Another Day Late through February 16.

What's your favorite song from your upcoming record?
My favorite song that will be on our record is a song we recorded with this producer Mike Elizondo called 'Used and Abused.'
If you could have any musician's career other than your own, whose would it be?
Justin Timberlake, DUH! He's the man. I would do just about anything to be JT for a day!
What did you think life as a musician would be like when you first started out and how does it compare to what it's really like for you now?
When I was first starting out, I just thought musicians had it so easy and didn't really do anything but go around and play shows and have this amazing life. I suppose I wasn't too far off except for the fact that its A LOT more work than I thought it would be, but it's definitely worth it.
