8. The blame for the pictures of Miley and her Dad clearly lies with the photographer! Annie Liebowitz ususally does classy and warm-hearted photos of children and families and celebs are "honored" when she will photograph them. Miley and her family TRUSTED Annie Liebowitz to create beautiful pictures. Why would Miley and Billy Ray second guess this expert photographer??? I think the outrage should be towards Ms. Liebowitz who chose to even shoot those pictures of someone who is only 15 years old and has worked so hard to keep her image wholesome for all her young fans. Shame on you, Ms. Liebowitz, for even coming up with those poses!! A wonderful family trusted you and your judgement and you failed them miserably!! Guess the "media" doesn't want to criticize one of their own - it sells more magazines to go after young Miley. The Disney family needs to stand behind Miley!!

Why doesn*t everyone just leave Miley alone now.. its over get on with it.. and I do agree that Ms.Liebowicz should be to blame for this all.. she WAS intrusted by Mileys parents to take decent shots and she IS the one who put a damper on her career .. so if you want to talk about anyone let it be her.. 15. The Media DID NOT ruin Britney Spears life and character, as a prior post says. Ms. Spears did that all by herself. Not one media/pap forced her to drink and do drugs, and as a result of her substance abuse, she lost her children. Britney Spears is an adult, and she's done this all on her own.

M. Cyrus is only 15, but she too, is doing this all on her own. The photos of her showing her bra were not released by a photog, but by Miley herself or a close friend with a cell phone camera. At 15, she is fully aware of what those actions can result in and 15 is no baby, so if she wants to avoid the attention, her family knows how. The media isn't "doing" anything to her.
