1. Why isn't the media all over this picture with his son strapped to his chest, if it was Britney they would be all over her, shame on the web/media

4. O.k Britney spears does this and everyone is all up in arms. OMG look at what she is doing, the kid is in danger. But along comes this stoner doing basically the same thing and NOBODY has anything to say about it?? Can we have anymore doubble standards in this country. PLEASE !! Like us men are not as apt to get his by somebody else, even if Not our fault?? Get real
this Idiot is putting his kid in harms way in an attempt to look cool, too bad nobody tod him he was NOT.

5. Its not a car AND he has him belted in and strapped to himself unlike Brittany who was in a car w/o her son strapped in AND she was driving erratically. It is a little different.
Sonya at 8:30AM on Jun 25th 2008
6. I agree its different than the Brittany situation. Its basically a pimped out golf cart. He's not driving like a crazy person and the child is secured to his body

7. This is worse than Britany. Atleast her car had doors. And if his car isnt really a car, Sonya, what kind of safety features does it have, and how can he drive it on the road. I think this is worse than what she did.
Jenn at 9:15AM on Jun 25th 2008
8. It doesn't matter if it's a real car or a golf cart or whatever. When he rearends a car this child could be smashed by his body. I guess he drives on REAL roads?
Rick at 9:35AM on Jun 25th 2008
9. Yes it is a car, it is a smartcar, it could be a scooter and this child would still be in danger, especially because the baby is strapped to his chest,if he stopped suddenly or was tapped from any angle, the baby is the shock absorber for dad!Money still can't buy common sense!!!This cannot go unpunished!not only because of Britt, butbecause it is WRONG!

10. Where are the "parenting police"? They were all over Britney Spears when she drove with her son between her and the steering wheel. Seems like Kiedis could use a little re-education in the parenting dept.
Gayle at 9:58AM on Jun 25th 2008
11. That's not a golf cart, it's a street legal electric car. They are popular in LA. At least this kid is somewhat secured. Britney's son was flopping in her lap, barely able to hold himself upright.
Wren at 10:03AM on Jun 25th 2008
12. "Souped up golf cart"? Dangerous is dangerous. He is driving the thing to the store on public roads. In any accident, the kid would be crushed between the father and the steering wheel. Anyone with common sense can see that the internal injuries resulting from the seat belt alone could be fatal. The man is an idiot.

13. That vehicle had no airbags, that dude had to use something in case of a crash! He had no choice!
Bertha Vanayshun at 10:05AM on Jun 25th 2008
14. OMG, come on people!! It's like a flipping scooter or a bicycle it's not an SUV without restraints and erratic driving..this NO WAY compares to Britney...give me a break. She put her kids life in danger, this is just a golf cart/scooter type vehichle that he has his son restrained in. I highly doubt this is a legal onstreet vehicle probably just for his neighborhood like most golf carts. Geez...you just can't stand that Britney and her hillbilly country folk family are trainwrecks you want to quickly point fingers! Please....

15. The car has no airbags so he had to use something? What he decided to use his baby to keep him from hitting the steering wheel? Nice, he will survive, but the baby will not
