(Aug. 19) - Jennifer Love Hewitt has graced two magazine covers in recent days. Both times, the actress focuses on one subject: her oft-oggled body.
Last week, the 29-year-old "Ghost Whisperer" star touted her weight loss regimen to Us Weekly, and now she's offering her thoughts on nudity and eating quirks in Health magazine's September issue.

Jennifers New Look

Stop talking about my body! No wait ... talk about my body! After having some particularly nasty things said about her figure last year, Jennifer Love Hewitt decided to enlist a personal trainer and a great publicist to score two magazine covers this week. The main topic in both? Her "wonderland" of a body.

Hewitt lost 18 big ones in a 10-week period, but she doesn't blame the backlash over the notorious photos. What inspired her to slim down? Next Photo:

Oh, Hawaii. The "Ghost Whisperer" star hit the islands last November with her boyfriend and the paparazzi was there to capture every moment. The snark was a-flyin' on all the gossip blogs. Typical comments included "Your body is not a Wonderland anymore" and "What the hell are those ghosts whispering to her? That cake fights cancer?"

Weeks later, the actress responded on the cover of PEOPLE magazine. She blasted bloggers and said she didn't care what other people thought now that she's engaged to actor Ross McCall, who she says "loves me just the way I am."

She also took matters in her own hands on her own Web site. "A size two is not fat! Nor will it ever be. And being a size zero doesn't make you beautiful," later adding "To all girls with butts, boobs, hips and a waist, put on a bikini -- put it on and stay strong."

"I wish I had been nude from the time I was 12 until I was 28. I looked great!" she said.
"I so wish I had listened to my mom and grandma when I was 18 and would complain about some little tiny bump or feeling bloated," says the star, who is engaged to Scottish actor Ross McCall. "I used to scoff and say, 'No, I feel fat today!' Now the joke's on me."
Besides working out like a crazy person, how does she keep the weight off?
"I eat tiny snacks every hour and a half, whether it's a bite of salad, a piece of cheese, or an apple," Hewitt said. "I also keep avocados in my trailer; I cut one in half and put lime juice on it. It's the greatest snack -- it has good fat and will really fill you up." Read Health Mag's Cover Story
Of course, Hewitt's famous figure received the wrong kind of attention late last year. After being photographed frolicking on a Hawaiian beach with a less-than-perfect figure, the gossip blogs went berzerk. Typical comments included "Your body is not a Wonderland anymore" and "What the hell are those ghosts whispering to her? That cake fights cancer?"
