Beyonce Realizes Eating Is Enjoyable

(Sept. 4) - Beyonce loved packing on 20 pounds for her role as Etta James in the upcoming drama 'Cadillac Records'. Gaining weight "was so much fun," Beyonce says in October's BritishMarie Claire. But she had to take the weight off just as quickly once she scored a role in the psychological thriller 'Obsessed.'

"I had to lose it. I was so angry with myself. I was like, "Doh!" Why do you have to go through this?"'

Now the singer must attain to a strict diet, which includes, 'no chips, no candy, no desserts, no junk food, no fried food.'
