Paramore Invite Britney on the Road

Now that Britney Spears seems to have cemented her comeback (kinda) with three MTV VMA Moonmen, including Video of the Year, the singer has a tour waiting for her if she wants. "Hopefully Britney will get it together, and then we?ll rope her in and bring her along with us," Paramore singer Hayley Williams told Popeater on the VMA red carpet Sunday night. "That would be interesting -- Britney Spears on tour with us." When asked why Britney, Williams offered up a point blank response: "Why not? She's Britney Spears."
Britney wouldn't be their only choice when it comes to a dream tour. Williams also lists Muse, Death Cab for Cutie, the Deftones, Lil' Wayne, Tupac (hey, it's a dream festival) and Coolio. "Fantastic Voyage' -- have to get some of that on there," Williams says of Coolio's massive 1994 hit.
The band may not be able to put together the tour in time for their brief upcoming Latin America trek, their first of the region, but if all goes well, they may be out again by next summer in support of a new album. "We?re gonna go home right after this and hopefully start to write [a new album] soon," Williams says. "Hopefully [we'll] put out a record, maybe next summer."
