Charlize Theron Better Watch Out

(Oct. 9) - Charlize Theron is being sued for $20 million ... for not wearing a Raymond Weil watch. Although Theron signed a contract to exclusively wear the pricey timekeeper in public, she failed to do so. Theron recently fought for the charges to be dismissed, but a judge refused and is allowing the suit to go forward. The watchmaker is seeking $20 million and damages will be awarded during an upcoming jury trial, New York Post reports.
The contract papers have Theron's initials appearing 10 times, causing the case's judge to believe Theron knew her end of the deal. "It is obvious that Theron cannot be dismissed . . . she was not an unwary agent," District Court Judge Colleen McMahon wrote.
