(Oct. 9) -- Watching 'Celebrity Rehab' is one of those things that makes you feel a bit dirty inside, yet you still are enthralled enough to keep on tuning in. For those who watched as Jeff Conaway, Mary Carey and others battled various addictions in the first season of the VH1 reality show, get ready for season two.

A new trailer gives us a glimpse into the new season, where Conaway returns in shambles again hoping Dr. Drew Pinsky can help him overcome his addiction demons. Joining him are the always erratic Gary Busey, former 'American Idol' hopeful Nikki McKibbon, former Guns 'N Roses drummer Steven Adler, Rodney King (yes, that Rodney King), Sean Stewart, Tawny Kitaen and Amber Smith. The show premieres on Oct. 23.
