On her relationship with Tony Romo: "It's a beautiful relationship. He's everything I could dream of and I really love him. I'm proud to be his girlfriend. Even if things don't work out between Tony and me ? though, knock on wood, I believe they will ? I don't regret anything I've ever said. That's just how I love. I'm all in and I live one moment at a time... He's a strong man and that's what makes him so sexy to me."

On Ashlee Simpson's pregnancy: "I can't wait for the baby to come. I already feel as if I'm an aunt because I talk to that baby all the time. I?m really close to my sister and since she's pregnant right now, she's always around, which is great."
On flubbing '9 to 5' lyrics at the Kennedy Center Honors Show: "In the moment of my failure, I thought my career was over. I was distracted by something else in my life and that's when I ran offstage and cried, and said I didn't want to do it any more," she explains. "Dolly heard about it because every media outlet was asking her, 'How do you feel about Jessica messing up your song?' and the one thing I remember her saying to them was, 'I wrote the dang song and I still forget the lyrics; give the girl a break.'"
On why Dolly Partner is her role model: "She exemplifies everything I want to be; she's a woman, an entertainer and an entrepreneur. She's also one of those people who you know says a prayer for you before she goes to sleep, or thinks about you once during the day. She really inspires the heart of me."
On why she's gone country: "Country music is where my heart is. It's been a shock to the media and the outside world but, to my friends, family and loved ones, it's somewhere I've always been. I'm not setting out to prove anything, I'm just trying to be me. Also, I feel I've been through a lot and I have a lot to say about it."
On recording her album: "I basically packed up some boxes and moved to Nashville for four months, plopped myself down on numerous songwriters' couches, drank a lot of coffee and poured out my heart. This album has been a journey of discovery. When you go through a divorce, you become numb. A lot of people live in denial because it's easier... If you sweep things under the rug, they come back to haunt you. This album was a therapeutic experience."
On if she regrets filming 'Newlyweds': "I don't regret the show or my marriage... It made me who I am. I admit I'm a ditz and I've had my moments; I'm the first one to walk onstage, trip up in front of thousands of people and split my pants, but I don?t take myself too seriously. However, I do look back on that girl and go, 'Oh Lord, she had a lot of growing up to do.'"
