Ashley Olsen Denies Marriage Rumors

(Nov. 5) - Ashley Olsen and boyfriend Justin Bartha are denying rumors that they are planning an elaborate $1 million wedding in the South of France. Olsen's rep told PEOPLE, "Contrary to several tabloid reports, Ashley Olsen is not engaged to be married... Ashley is dating Justin Bartha and they are very happy."
The two have been spotted together in Las Vegas on the set of Bartha's new movie, 'The Hangover.' Onset sources said Olsen "was cute, laughing and giggling throughout. Between takes, the two interacted, and Bartha would touch her face tenderly."
When the couple were photographed again last month getting cozy at L.A.'s Sunset Tower Hotel's Tower Bar, rumors began to circulate that the couple were ready to walk down the aisle. Olsen's rep adds that there hasn't been an engagement proposal, even though the two are very happy together.
