According to reports, Delgado refused to leave Lorina's Cantina in Del Rio, Texas. The bar's management called the cops because Delgado resisted, saying it was her "constitutional right" to stay as long as she wanted.
Cops told TMZ that Delgado was "loud and belligerent" while being transported to jail. She even managed to kick the radio inside the squad car.
Delgado, a former NFL cheerleader who had been rejected by bachelor Bob Guiney during the program's fourth installment, told media outlets that "this is my fairy tale ending," after being selected as the season six winner.
Less than two hours after the 'The Bachelor' finale aired in 2007, Delgado was arrested for a misdemeanor assault on her fiance. She admitted she punched him in the face, cutting his upper lip and that alcohol was a contributing factor.
