(Nov. 17) -- When GQ unveils their 'Men of the Year' annually, lots of Hollywood hunks and other in-the-spotlight men are left upset when they're snubbed. This year, in a PopEater/GQ exclusive, we're proud to give you this year's winners: Leonardo DiCaprio, Barack Obama, Jon Hamm and Michael Phelps.

In the issue, DiCaprio posed as a early 1900s boxer, and threw some verbal punches at the paparazzi. "I do not like the way they conduct themselves. I think they're disrespectful and dangerous," he said of overzealous photographers.

Michael Phelps' spread inside of his issue is sure to make ladies (and even men comfortable with their sexuality) admire his storied physique. But amid all that muscle is a fierce competitor. ""I just don't like to lose -- not in swimming, not in Monopoly -- ever," Phelps tells GQ.

For obvious reasons, Barack Obama made the cut for one of the covers. Unfortunately for GQ, he has more pressing things to do than comment on his cover, but we're sure he'd accept it with grace.

Jon Hamm had to wait quite some time for his 'Mad Men' fame. So what of today's troubled young stars? "I see actors in this town who make it big young. They don't understand the word no: 'What do you mean I can't kill this elephant, drop it on a car, set it on fire, and then snort it?'" he jokes.
John Malkovich's turns in 'Burn After Reading' and 'Changeling' reminded GQ of just how great an actor he is. Hence, he's the Mad Genius of the Year.

Sean Penn already has Oscar buzz for 'Milk,' so it's only right he's GQ's 'Drama Queen' of the Year.

Gordon Ramsay's incessant yelling and foul mouth make him the perfect candidate -- and recipient -- for 'Prick' of the Year.
Leonardo DiCaprio:Leonardo DiCaprio's turn in the upcoming 'Revolutionary Road' may very well earn him an Oscar, making him the actor to watch this winter. 'Road' pairs him once again with his 'Titanic' love, Kate Winslet, of whom DiCaprio said he now shares "a different level of intimacy" with. "That's just something that comes with age and experience. After all, we were barely 20, 21 years old in 'Titanic,'" he said of working with Winslet.
He also fires back at the paparazzi and tabloids. DiCaprio rants: "This is something I'd like to clarify. I've heard people say, 'Because you hide, it makes you seem ungrateful.' The mere fact that these -- I'll use the word piles -- are earning money from exploiting my image is the only reason I hide myself or am not a photo-friendly person. I do not like the way they conduct themselves. I think they're disrespectful and dangerous. The reason I don't pose or smile or that I seem mad is that I don't want them to make a living off my private life."
Barack Obama:It should be obvious to anyone why Barack Obama is on this list. The magnitude of what he achieved by becoming the 44th President of the United States is still setting in nationwide, and now he even has a GQ cover to make his 2008 even more successful.
Michael Phelps:The king of the 2008 Olympics is probably used to being on magazine covers like Sports Illustrated or even Men's Health. But a style magazine like GQ is likely a first ... mainly because he's known for posing with as little clothing as possible to show off his impossibly chiseled physique. He even shows his competitive side to GQ, telling them: "I just don't like to lose -- not in swimming, not in Monopoly -- ever."
Jon Hamm:The Emmy-winning breakout star of 'Mad Men' knows exactly how lucky he is to have landed his once-in-a-lifetime role. "Look, I know I hit the jackpot here. I found this role that sits well on me. I've managed to become successful without any taint of compromise. I get to share it with my girl. I get how lucky I am," he boasts to GQ.
Other notables Hollywood figures inside the issues: John Malkovich (Mad Genius of the Year), Megan Fox (Obsession of the Year), Sean Penn (Drama Queen of the Year), James Franco (Screen Idol of the Year), The 'Wire' Writers (Tough Guys of the Year), Seth McFarlane (Mogul of the Year) and Gordon Ramsay (Prick of the Year).
