'Code' Inspires Simpson to Study Religion

(Dec. 4) - What makes Jessica Simpson want to go to college and study theology? It's not the fact that her father used to be a minister, but her love of Dan Brown's book 'The Da Vinci Code.'
"I've been contemplating taking a college course in religion," the singer-actress tells Marie Claire, the New York Post reports.
"I love religion. I remember whenever the book 'The Da Vinci Code' came out, the Discovery Channel did this three-night piece on it that I TiVoed and then watched eight times," she adds.
