Pregnant 'Gossip' Mom Files for Divorce

(Jan. 4) - Kelly Rutherford, who plays Lily van Der Woodsen on the popular show 'Gossip Girl,' wants out of her marriage.
The actress, who is pregnant with her second child, filed for divorce from husband Daniel Giersch, citing irreconcilable differences, Usmagazine.com reports.
The couple were married for two years and have a two-year-old son, Hermes.
