(Jan. 6) - Out with the old and in with the new must be Hugh Hefner's motto.

A third girlfriend has been added to the Hef's harem of ladies, completing the trifecta of blondes for the Playboy founder, Usmagazine.com reports.

Crystal Harris, 22, has announced she's been dating Hefner, along with 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon.

Hefner recently split from Holly Madison, Bridget Marquadt and Kendra Wilkinson -- the stars of 'The Girls Next Door.'

For the record, Madison, Marquadt and Wilkinson are 29, 35 and 23 respectively -- all older than Hef's new conquests.
