Season six winner of 'The Bachelor,' Mary Delgado was arrested on Nov. 16 for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Delgado was released from the Val Verde County Correctional Facility after Bachelor finance, Byron Velvick, whom she allegedly punched last year, posted her bond.

On Nov. 17, Heather Locklear was formally charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence in connection to her September arrest. Attorney Lee Carter tells TMZ.com that they believe the prescription medications she consumed at the time "could have impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle." The former 'Melrose Place' actress, seen here in her mugshot, was recently treated for anxiety and depression.
