Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Jason Mraz has released his debut photography book, 'A Thousand Things.' "I just wanted to let people see some of the things I've seen," Mraz tells PopEater of the book's impetus. "The book contains images I've taken all over the world.?
"The way a live performance is to the studio performance; so is Polaroid Instant to the Digital Format," Mraz adds in the author's note of his book. "I only get one shot of the subject."
The book is not only a testament to Mraz's love of instant art and photography, but also to his concerns about the environment; 'A Thousand Things? was published to be completely eco-friendly. "I just think it's necessary to find an alternative solution so we can have less of an impact on our community," Mraz says. "If everybody does their part, it makes life really nice."
