(Feb. 3) - Rising star and fashion diva Lady GaGa is back with a new video for her latest electro-pop gem -- this time hitting the streets of Little Italy in New York City. "I wanted to show a different side of myself -- perhaps a more domestic girly side," Gaga, who is of Italian descent, told PopEater of the video. "And I wanted to create beautiful, stunning '50s futuristic fashion imagery that would burn holes in everyone's brains." Check out the retro-themed video as well as an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip below, and read the full Q&A with Lady GaGa after the jump.

What's your favorite accessory/piece of clothing that you own?
I couldn't say, I wouldn't want to hurt any of their feelings!
What's one artist/band that you're into that might surprise your fans and why?
Marilyn Manson, because he's arguably the most iconic pop star/rock star since Kurt Cobain.
What's your relationship with Perez Hilton and how did it evolve?
He's a very dear friend of mine. We met because he was a fan of my album and I was a fan of his site. It was a match made in gay heaven!
Describe the making of the "Eh Eh" video. What did you hope to achieve in the visuals as paired with the song?
I wanted to show a different side of myself--perhaps a more domestic girly side--and I wanted to create beautiful, stunning 50's futuristic fashion imagery that would burn holes in everyone's brains.
