The 'Paper Planes' singer was due to give birth on Sunday, but that didn't stop her from taking the stage with rappers Kanye West, Lil Wayne, T.I. and Jay-Z.
The quartet performed 'Swagga Like Us' at the event, and the British songstress proudly showed off her baby belly.
