(Feb. 10) - Miley Cyrus wants everyone to know she's really really sorry.
The 'Hannah Montana' star takes to her blog for the second time to apologize for a picture of her and her friends with their eyelids pulled back, which many considered to be racially insensitive toward Asian people, Usmagazine.com reports.

I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometimes my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GOD's ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles."
The OCA, a group "dedicated to advancing the social, political, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans in the United States," had released a statement earlier that accused the Disney tween of setting a "terrible example for her many young fans" by "mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent."
