(Feb. 13) - Bottom line: we're happy for any couple in love, and we don't really think we know who people should be dating. But you gotta admit, sometimes stars make such head-scratcher romantic choices that you wonder what in the world they were thinking. We took a look at some celebs and made the executive decision on whether their current partners are a step up or a step down from their exes. Yep, no one asked for our opinion, but we're always happy to give it.
