The source tells PEOPLE: "They're so excited ... They're a great couple. Rachel seems thrilled beyond belief." Also, Page Six quotes a witness who recently spotted a ring on the actress's finger, then asked if she was married. She reportedly replied, "I'm not married yet, just engaged. I know I look like I'm 15, but I'm actually 27."

Bilson and Christensen have not commented on the reports. The pair have appeared in two films together, last year's 'Jumper' and the unreleased 'New York, I Love You.'

Bilson has been close to the altar before, having carried on a three-year relationship with her 'O.C.' co-star Adam Brody. They split in late 2006.
