Oscar-Less Bruce Drops 'Wrestler' Video

(Feb. 19) -- Just days before the Oscars, Bruce Springsteen has unveiled his video for 'The Wrestler,' the song he wrote for the stunning Mickey Rourke movie of the same name.
For some reason, Springsteen's tune didn't earn an Oscar nomination, so releasing it a few days before the show seems a bit odd, unless The Boss is hoping to make an anti-Oscars statement. Or perhaps he's hoping it gives Mickey Rourke a last-minute push for the Best Actor Oscar. Maybe we're just totally overthinking it, and he wanted to make a video in a wrestling ring ... either or, check it out:
