'Hills' Promises Tarot, Tears and Punching

(Feb. 24) -- Fistfights! Frenemies reuinted! Tarot cards accurately telling a story that's been told on television for four years! Oh boy, that can only mean one thing ... 'The Hills' is coming back. In the new trailer for the fifth season of the show, things are as violent as they are heartwarming, as Lauren Conrad and Heidi seem to be friends once again, while Spencer is seen punching his sister's boyfriend in the head after he rats him out for flirting with the bartender. Oh, semi-reality television, what a joy.

In the trailer for the new season, the clip opens with star Lauren Conrad getting a tarot card reading, where the reader describing how she's lost friends due to them being taken away. True indeed, but all you had to do is turn on MTV within the past three years to know that. The real juice of the season seems to be between said frenemies, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, after the boyfriend of Pratt's sister drops a dime on Spencer's flirtations with a bartender.

Pratt finds out who the culprit was, telling him "Now it's real, dog. You just got in my business." Later in the clip, Pratt is seen physically attacking him in a bar.

Could this turmoil bring all the 'Hills' pals back together. In the trailer, enemies Lauren and Heidi are seen hugging it out after Heidi confesses her "favorite memories are my memories with you." Equally touching, former brothers-in-arms Pratt and Brody Jenner are reunited for some good old-fashioned bro time.

There's no set date given for 'The Hills' new season ... just 'This Spring.'
