(Feb. 27) -- Real life turned into reality TV for Jodie Foster, who was pulled over for speeding in Beverly Hills, and much to her dismay, a film crew was tagging along with the police for a show called 'Speeders.'

The New York Post reports that Foster became very upset with the situation and police after she was pulled over for allegedly driving her Prius 54 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone last weekend. The report claims the 'Silence of the Lambs' star tried talking her way out of the ticket as most would do, and then refused to sign the 'Speeders' waiver form, which would allow them to use her footage on the show.

"Foster refused to sign a waiver to appear on the show, so the camera crew ceased filming and returned to the police car," a Post source says. "But she grew quite agitated and angry, and kept insisting to the police officers that the radar gun must have made a mistake. She maintained to the officers that she was only going 30 mph at the time they pulled her over, and she kept interrupting and complaining that the process was taking too long."

It seems that Foster's pleas didn't help her much. "Despite her numerous requests otherwise, the cops still issued her a citation," the source said.

According to Beverly Hills Police spokesman Lt. Tony Lee, Foster "was upset that she got pulled over, but she signed the ticket and went on her way."
