(March 10) - Mischa Barton took to her blog yesterday to clear the air about her recent split with musician beau, Luke Pritchard. Although she says the two will remain friends, Barton wrote that "the bad just started to outweigh the good and a long distance relationship is never an easy thing to do."
Barton and Pritchard, the singer for The Kooks, started dating last December but this is the first time Barton has publicly acknowledged they were a couple.

"I'm sure you guys are all going to hear about it soon enough so I just wanted to tell you what is real first -- I broke up with Luke when I got to London," the actress wrote on Monday.
"Things just didn't feel quite right," Barton said. But the couple are still friends and there is no bitterness between them. "If there ever is a case of two people staying friends I'm sure it will be the case with us -- our personalities are very good for that," she said.
