According to the magazine, plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg -- who never treated the 'Splash' star -- believes Hannah may have had a face-lift, brow-lift and Botox.
"It looks like she tried to turn back the hands of time by having injections of fillers -- like Juvederm or Restylane -- in the face, causing that puffy appearance around her nasolabial folds, lines running from the side of the nose to the corners of the mouth," Dr. Greenberg tells In Touch.
