'The Cougar' Vivica Fox Eyes Zac Efron

Actress Vivica Fox isn't ashamed to be called a cougar and is using her experience to host TV Land's new reality dating show, 'The Cougar.'

"I was so happy to see it was going to be a grown-up, sexy form of a dating show. It's about time people understand that cougars are all the rage," Fox told PopEater. "We have to inform, empower and enlighten the rest of American women and let them know if they happen to meet a guy who is younger to give him a chance. It's okay," she said.

"Heads used to turn when you'd see an older woman with a younger guy. Guys have been doing it for years, and heads don't turn. Well, now it's our turn," she added.

So what Hollywood eye candy is she loving right now? "Zac Efron is just so gorgeous to me. He's a hot piece," she said. The actress admits she even went to see 'High School Musical' because Efron was starring in the movie. "I went just to look at those beautiful blue eyes ... They're are just 'Wow!' Muy caliente," she said.

Fox insists older women are a great fit for younger guys. "First of all, no drama. She has her own career. She's got her own bank account. She has wisdom and a ton of experience. So those same lines that you used on a twenty-year-old aren't going to work on a cougar," she said. On the show, Fox serves as a mentor to 40-year-old Stacey Anderson, who hopes to find love with a guy in his 20s.

"[This show] will be educational. If that is the type of woman a guy is attracted to, we let you know the definite do's and don'ts of dating a cougar," she said.
