(April 17) - A camouflage-wearing, camera-toting woman was arrested on Thursday after police say they saw her leering into the windows of Britney Spears' home, TMZ is reporting.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was seen acting suspiciously around the singer's home and was asked by security to leave. According to TMZ, she "balked at their requests" and had to be physically escorted off the property.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department arrived and took her to a local station where she was booked on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct and released.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Tozier-Robbins auditioned for 'American Idol' during the show's fifth season, singing Spears' ballad 'Everytime' for the judges.

The incident happened hours before Spears was scheduled to perform the first of two shows this week in Los Angeles. The 27-year-old singer was reportedly not at home at the time.
