Miley Cyrus and Spencer Pratt are becoming fast friends on Twitter. Apparently, they are planning a double date with their beaus (Justin Gaston and Heidi Montag) to grab some milkshakes and chat up songwriting. Who would have thought. We really can't wait to see paparazzi photos of these four when they surface.
