Swine Flu Keeps Jonas Brothers From a Date in Mexico

The swine flu will keep Jonas Brothers fans in Mexico quite unhappy, at least for a few more months.

Billboard.com reports that the Bros postponed their May 17 shows at Arena Monterrey in Mexico to July 31 "due to health precautions in the whole country as a consequence of the outbreak of the A(H1N1) flu," according to a statement on the venue's ticketing Web site.

Fans will tickets need not worry. They will be honored on the new date and time.

"We know the situation is stabilizing and that many fans travel long distances to live the experience of seeing a Jonas Brothers concert," read a statement on the Web site of the venue, Arena Monterrey. "That is why we hope that your experience and your enjoyment of the concert will be as pleasant as possible."

Swine flu outbreak had also affected the Mexican premiere of Hugh Jackman's summer smash 'Wolverine' at the end of April.
