"All are happy and healthy and at home," Sykes' rep told PEOPLE in announcing the arrival of daughter Olivia Lou and son Lucas Claude. Alex gave birth to the babies.

The actress, who stars on 'New Adventures of Old Christine' and 'Curb Your Enthusiasm,' and her wife were married on Oct. 25, 2008.

The twins are the first children for the couple.
