Abdul 'Not Sure' She's Returning to 'Idol'

Maybe we'll see Paula Abdul back at the judge's table the next time 'American Idol' airs, maybe not.
The singer tells David Letterman she doesn't know what will happen come next season, Usmagazine.com reports.
Skip over this content"I never said [I wasn't returning]. I just said that I'm not sure," she says. "It's called, um, 'negotiating.'"
For his part, Letterman offered Abdul a little advice. "One time, I tried that, I was coming up to the end of a contract, and I said, 'I don?t know, maybe I won?t come back,' and they said, 'Fine because we?ve got another guy ready to go,'" he joked.
