The pressure to be as thin as her 'Hills' costars drove Stephanie Pratt to bingeing and purging her food in order to lose weight, the reality star tells Us Weekly in its new issue.
Pratt, 23 and a size 0-2, opens up about her secret struggle with bulimia, telling Us she began acting out after seeing herself next to Lauren Conrad on the screen. "I was horrified. I remember saying, 'I can't believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren.'"
Another moment of insecurity came when, while filming in Hawaii in bikinis, Pratt asked costar Audrina Patridge, "What looks better, 'shirt on or off?'" Patridge said 'On.'" Says Pratt, "The producers never put pressure on us to lose weight," but adds, "It's embarrassing working with skinny girls."
