Just because she's wearing a huge diamond on the ring finger of her left hand doesn't mean Heather Locklear is engaged.
Although many believed the ring signaled an impending marriage for the actress with boyfriend Jack Wagner, he rep says it isn't true.

Locklear has previously been married to Tommy Lee and Richie Sambora. But she's been dating her 'Melrose Place' co-star since 2007.
