Cameron Diaz often is doing quite a bit to break the perception that many have of her (goofy blonde rom-com queen) these days. She's taking a dramatic turn in 'My Sister's Keeper,' and in V Magazine's 'Beauty Issue,' a leather-and- tattoo clad Cameron graces the cover. Inside the magazine, Diaz opines on her career, perception and also whether or not kids are on her horizon. Check Out the Gorgeous Pics and Quotes Below:

On Her 'Keeper's' Role: "I took over that warrior mentality. I don't judge her. I don't know what it's like to be a mother who has a child who is dying of cancer. How do you say 'You're trying to save your daughter a little too hard?' You try not to impose it on the people you love ... That's when it gets scary. You don't even go there."
On Her Career Choices: "I don't make movies for my ego. I do them for my personal growth and to give something to an audience. I'm not going to be the 23-year-old ingenue again. If I tried to hold on to that, I'd be a pretty unhappy individual."
On Her Philanthropy: "For me, it's really about empowerment. We need to live in a better world where people feel better about themselves ... I use my own judgment. I don't care how people see me. I know who I am and what I'm capable of."
