Discussion immediately turned to whether the singer was expecting. There had been a storm of speculation in the beginning of June after it was reported that Hudson had a baby shower in the Chicago area. A friend of the family had confirmed the baby shower to the Chicago Tribune. But Hudson or her fiance David Otunga have not spoken directly to the rumors.
