Living your life as "the fat, funny one" in a family of women can't be an easy thing. That's why Khloe Kardashian says she's taken up a strict exercise routine and dropped 20 pounds so that she can compete with sisters Kim and Kourtney in the looks department. In photos given to PopEater exclusively by Life & Style magazine, you can see just how good she looks nowadays.

Kardashian says she remembers "always being picked on" for her weight, saying she was "teased all the time as a kid. I was the chubby one out of all my friends, and you realize that as a kid. People [even in more recent years] would come up to me and be like, 'Oh, you're the fat, funny one.' I would wonder, Is that who I am?"

So, to break out of the mold, she began exercising 5 days a week and altered her diet. Now, she's dropped 20 pounds and is "now a size 6, but I've been up to a size 10 in the past."

Kardashian says she needs "to be where I feel comfortable in my clothes."

Khloe's took to food as an escape from the divorce between her parents, Robert and Kris Kardashian. She says she used food to escape. "You just don't understand stress like that when you're younger. You just know, Oh, the food is making me feel better."

That binge eating then led to her becoming anorexic at the age of 15. "I'd be obsessed with working out, and I'd never eat," Khloe tells Life & Style. "That was the worst I've ever been. I've been very underweight and then overweight by about 30 pounds."

She says sister Kim, who's no stranger to a bikini body, eventually became her workout and healthy eating partner. "Just having someone's encouragement makes it so much easier."
