For the first time since July 4, Jon Gosselin and his soon-to-be-ex-wife Kate have been photographed together.

The paparazzi caught Jon, who recently returned from his trip to France with his 22-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassmen, spending time with his kids and his estranged wife at their Pennsylvania home.

As for rumors that he's engaged to Glassman, a source close to the 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' star tells Usmagazine.com they aren't true.

"These reports are absolutely 100 percent false," the source said.

Meanwhile, the Gosselin father of eight refuses to talk about his relationship with Glassman, according to Us.

"I don't want to get in trouble," he told photographers after saying he's "not allowed" to discuss her.
