We did a double take when we looked at fashion house Fornarina's sexy new ad campaign... and then noticed the name of the milky-skinned blonde model appearing therein. Whoa-han - that freckle-less and scarlet-mouthed beauty is none other than Lindsay Lohan. The actress is almost unrecognizable in these heavily airbrushed shots, posing in a variety of couture threads to promote Fornarina's autumn/winter line.
