Amy Winehouse is a free woman.
The troubled British singer has been cleared of assault charges stemming from an allegation that she punched a dancer in the face for taking her photograph in London last year. WENN reports that Winehouse avoided being charged by claiming she pushed the dancer because she was "scared."
