Jaime Pressly and entertainment lawyer Simran Singh are getting married, Usmagazine.com reports.
A rep for the actress confirmed the news to Us.
According to a witness, Pressly told a friend at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, "Nobody really knows yet, but we just got engaged."
Pressly was previously engaged to Eric Cubiche, with whom she has a son.
No date as been set for the nuptials.
