It's Official: Jackson's Mom Gets Kids

A judge gave Michael Jackson's mother Katherine Jackson permanent custody of the singer's children, after Jackson arranged a deal with the two eldest kids' mother.

The late King of Pop's mother will be the legal guardian of Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince Michael II, according to CNN.

Last week, Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe -- the biological mother of Michael Joseph, known as Prince Michael I, and Paris Michael -- came to an agreement over custody issues, which grants visitation rights to Rowe. The mother of Prince Michael II, also known as Blanket, has not been revealed.

I HOPE TO GOODNESS KATHERINE HAS A GREAT WILL PUT TOGETHER. Joe Jackson may just end up with those children after all, even a short time would be horrible. It is odd that he is living back in Katherine's home...If anything bad happens to Katherine it would be so sad for the children to have to move again this time to a whole new family...the Diana Ross family.

Seriously everyone being so negative needs to get a life. What's it to you, anyway? These aren't your kids; it's not your custody battle. I don't know the DNA of the children, whether or not they are Michael's or Debbie's. But FYI there are parents out there who aren't the biological parents, it's called adoption! If you adopted a child and then divorced your spouse who didn't want the child anymore, and then you died, would you want your ex to step in and try to take your child, or would you want what you wrote in your will to take effect, if you wrote that your mother would be the legal guardian?

And, the color of their skin isn't very telling. Obviously Michael's skin condition wouldn't make his biological children automatically white, but my daughter's father is very dark skinned and she is about as fair as it gets despite that he is her biological father. She also has blue eyes which neither of us have, it's called recessive traits.

Lastly, even if Debbie Rowe has been given visitation, who is to say that will hold up very long, if at all? If she isn't interested in being in these kids' lives then she won't show up. Just because she is allowed to see them, doesn't mean she actually will.

Although, none of this actually matters to any of us in our own personal lives!!

Qiut frankly, she walked away when they were babies. Judge should have told her to bad so sad. On the other hand Katherine Jackson was a major part of Michaels life growing up... WoW look how screwed up he ended up. Bet that Judge had a hard time deciding on all directions of that case!!
