Sienna Miller: People Think I'm 'Sexually Manipulative'

Looking back on her time with Balthazar Getty, actress Sienna Miller admits her rebellion tainted her public perception and "probably looked awful," she told UK's Daily Mail. "The situation [with Getty] was not ideal... I would probably be less naive about ignoring the fact that people care," she said.

The real scandal broke after Miller and Getty were photographed vacationing together, kissing on a boat while the actress remained topless.

But looking back, Miller does regret some of the choices she made -- realizing her actions were viewed for the entire world to see. "I definitely have been foolish. I've made apologies to people I needed to, but I can't apologize to people I don't know for things they don't understand," she said.

The phrase "the photos don't lie" certainly apply to the batch of pictures showing a naked Miller kissing 'Brothers & Sisters' actor Balthazar Getty. Getty, who's married and has four children, became the target of many irate bloggers for his role in the tryst. (He has since reconciled with his wife and is "just friends" with Miller.)

Miller says she's now single and just friends with Getty, who has since reconciled with his wife Rosetta.

But the actress admits her swinger attitude has hurt her public image. People assume she's "sexually manipulative," but she insisted this was not the case. "I'm supposed to be this complete slapper, that's my reputation," she said.

The actress reflects on her relationships, noting she's spent very little time being single, admitting she's dated everyone from fashion designer Dave Neville to actor Jude Law.

"I think if you put a camera in anyone's life and document it daily for six years, from the age of 21 to 27, there are going to be things that aren't always pretty.Those are the rebellious years, the years of self discovery. I've never been someone who has conformed, and I think my response to that level of attention was to pretend it didn't exist," Miller said.

Sounds like a sex addicted actress whom has to live up to her public persona with no intentions of changing her lifestyle. She will be back in the tabliods to exploit them for whatever she wants exploited. No remorse, we are supposed to understand? what is it we are supposed to understand. Why not say I had a problem, Im sorry I had an affair, and I plan on trying not to do this again. Typical hollwierd family values. YOU dont understand me (despite the fact we all have the same problems), but dont judge me but I am going to judge you, its YOU that has the problem, not me. Another "elitist" trying to feed the public a crap sandwhich, like old Bradley Pitts not marrying his "soul" mate because the laws arent like he wants them to.

A person who is seperated is still married. They have major unfinished baggage AND usually go back for sex many times with their spouse or soon to be ex. No, not all women are like this. There are many of us with brains and morals, who would rather stand on our own two feet than push the man we are with into making us a life. You say wives (plural). Have you not considered that perhaps you simply make poor choices in the first place? Perhaps you are attracted to the sort of woman who is bad for you. If you've done it more than once, you really do have to consider that. Your multiple bad experiences and overlooked lessons are not my fault. Your wives are not every woman, they are simply the women you choose. Please expand your mind and take a long, hard look in the mirror before you lump every female human into the same category.

I don't think she's anything but a amoral homewrecker. People screw up everyday and that's fine. What's wrong is when that screw up affects people who have done NOTHING to you. Did Balthazar Getty's wife deserve to be humiliated this way? Not at all. She had just given birth to their fourth child!! But it's like she didn't even pause to think about who she'd be hurting. if she did, she wouldn't have been photographed topless with a married man. Don't get me wrong, he is equally if not more responsible but women need to learn to say no to married men and vice versa. Have a little respect for themselves and the innocent bystanders that would be hurt.
