Love Bites As 'True Blood' Stars Plan To Wed

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are officially engaged, reps for both actors confirmed to PEOPLE. The 'True Blood' co-stars met on set and have been together since Feb. 24 of this year. No further details about their wedding are available, their reps said.

In 'Blood,' Paquin plays Sookie Stackhouse opposite of Moyer, who played bloodsucking Bill Compton on the series.

Moyer has two children from previous relationships: a son, Billy, born in 2000, and a daughter, Lilac, born in 2002.

Paquin has admitted that starring with her beau has made filming the steamy love scenes in 'Blood' -- and there are plenty of them -- much easier. "Obviously, if you're already with that person then you're not having to sort of get over the 'Wow, I'm naked with someone that I don't even know the middle name of,'" she told our pals at AOL Television last month.

"I think that regardless of what kind of scene you're doing, the better you know the person you're working with and the more comfortable you are with them, the more open and real your performance can be. And that goes for stunt scenes and heavy emotional scenes and sex scenes. OK, so I have a little bit of a leg up in that particular area with my on-screen [partner]."

They haven't been together since Feb 24. It was the date when Stephen went out with that they are together. They have been together for 2 years now

Stephen never left his ex. His relationship with his ex ended in 2006 and he met Anna in 2007. Therefore he was single when he met her. Wish people would do some research before they post information in the internet. Even these reporters and blog writers, if they took time to do some research they would find the information. Guess too lazy to really look. It is out there. Just need to take the time. It would definitely prevent misinformation from floating around the internet.

Stephen Moyer didn't "just break into the field." He has been acting for over 15 years in the films and television series in the the UK and prior to that in Shakespearean theatre companies for many years. Typical ignorance. If you don't know the facts don't say any misinformation.

I stopped watching True Blood after the second season opening show because of the graphic and totally nude sex scene between her and boyfrend on camera. IMO, it was totally uncalled for these two main characters to do the humpty dumpty in such detail that brought them both down to a lower level of others in the same show that were beneath them. And the way that the writers split up all the other roles of characters, placing them in other directions that have nothing what so ever to do with the main characters was totally uncalled for and for me IMO, very disappointing. I wound up watching "Drop Dead Diva" instead.
