Lawyers Swarm Over Hudgens Pics

A day after nude photos of 'High School Musical' actress Vanessa Hudgens hit the Internet -- the second time such a thing has happened -- most of the Web sites who published them received the wrath of Hudgens' lawyers armed with cease and desist letters. Legal woes aside, most of our beloved PopEater readers don't think HudgensGate 2.0 will hurt the actress and nearly all of you think today's young stars will never learn to not snap R-rated pics of themselves.

There's no concrete details as to when exactly the photos were taken or how they became public, but according to a TMZ report, Hudgens' home computer may have been hacked.

In our story about the photo leak yesterday, 63 percent of PopEater readers thought the racy pics wouldn't affect the image or career of Hudgens. Our readers almost unanimously thought that young Hollywood starlets will continue to face such scandals, with 93 percent saying today's stars will never "learn to not take photos like this."

In 2007, a batch of photos showing Hudgens posing nude made their way online, causing her to say that "it was really tough because I'm a private person and for something like that to happen, it's so mean."

"My fans were amazing because they have stood by my side. They really are my core group. My family's always there for me. I just surround myself with good people and try to think of good things," Hudgens said.

We'll see how they -- or boyfriend Zac Efron -- will respond the second time around.

I think this is ridiculos, why does this child keep taking her damn clothes off if she doesn't want any one to see them stop getting naked in front of the camera and no one will be able to leak them this is crazy and then the lawyers come out and threaten everyone, get a clue girl keep your damn clothes on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used to be that starlets trying to get themselves known would pose for Playboy or some other mag. Now, they just leak pictures of themselves online and reap the publicity by lying and saying they don't know how it happened and their lawyers come crawling out of the woodwork and piss and moan about how their poor innocent little girl of a client is going to be harmed by these pictures. If they don't want the pic out there, stop making them.

She is not a minor. She's 20. Even 2 years ago she wasn't a minor. But I do agree that if she doesn't want any of this happening, then she shouldn't pose naked.

I think these are still photos from the last time that weren't published. If you look at the backgrounds they are the same, her parents house and she looks to be the same age. I think someone is jealous of her fame. The last pics came out during contract negotiations for HSM3 and she has 3 movies coming out now in rather quick succession.

I agree I think they are the same pic's, but I also think that, someone is doing some body changing and I know it can be done. If people can go in and remove clothes of minor's that never took a nude photo in their life, but all of a sudden a parent finds the pictures of the child, who happen to be stars as well. Also If there is pic's they maybe on Zac's computer or his phone. Vanessa, Ashley and Miley had their computers hacked last year or the year before. I thinks most of the pic's are fake
