Sherri Shepherd Reveals Bikini Bod

After declaring her weight loss goals earlier this year, Sherri Shepherd finally used Thursday's episode of 'The View' to show off her new bikini body.

"I feel really great. I just wanted to show people that you don't have to do anything crazy. You just have to make some choices and exercise and the weight will drop off. I hope some folks were inspired," she said on the show. See her reveal. >>

Shepherd said that the summer slim-down was all about making smarter choices, "nothing crazy." She also admitted that she has improved her blood sugar levels dramatically, to the point where she's able to be off her diabetes medication.

The 42 year old has lost 5 inches from her waist and 10 inches overall. She would not reveal how many pounds she lost. Shepherd credits changing her diet to "a lot of grilled chicken, a lot of salad, a lot of water" while also working out, she told Us Weekly.

"I do a lot of stairs, a lot of planks, a lot of squats, a lot of treadmill, a lot of screaming -- and I do it four times a week. I have a lot of energy," she said.

What the hell makes her and "The View " think that we want to see that! Are they that hard up for guests? Maybe they should get some new blood in there!If I want to see some woman in a bathing suit it sure wouldn't be her! I'd want to see something attractive!She must be starved for attention!

She's standing with her feet 12 inches apart and her thighs are almost touching! Breasts are mostly fat so why didn't they change?For pity sake Sherri, put your clothes back on-nobody asked to see that!

sherri, you look great and i'm sure you feel great, too. to the haters: you obviously have no idea what it means to struggle with your weight. don't make fun of other peoples' struggles. bikini or not, this woman has achieved something and hopefully inspired others to do so as well.

So her body is not perfect. The main issue here is that she is healthier and is off all diabetes medications which helps with blood sugar, but has horrible side effects. Congrats, Sherry!

The headline said bikini body, thank god she is one of the few sensible gals in Hollywood who acts her age and does not wear a bikini.
Most of those gals we are forced to see in bikinis even the young ones look bad, too old or to little all looking like hoes.
