Trouble-prone actor Tom Sizemore has found himself on the wrong side of the law yet again, as he was arrested in Los Angeles for allegedly becoming physical with a woman, TMZ is reporting.

According to TMZ, Sizemore was taken into custody and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence after he got into an argument with a woman late Wednesday night. His bail was set at $20,000 and he is still currently in police custody, TMZ is reporting.

Sizemore's struggles with the law and with drugs have drowned out his very promising career. Along with frequent drug woes and arrests, he was convicted in 2003 of hitting his girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss.

Sizemore won fans with his gutsy, brute performances in movies like 'Saving Private Ryan,' 'Black Hawk Down' and 'Natural Born Killers.'

Wait a minute. It said misdemeanor domestic violence. He could have just grabbed her arm. The story does not state what happened and what he did. I think calling him names may be premature. I know a woman who lies on this guy because she knows that he is on parole. He gets arrested, she either bails him out, if she can, or gets him an attorney for when he goes before the board and then never shows up in court. So, I personally would like to know what actually happened! All women who claim domestic violence don't tell the truth. I know another woman whose man was on parole who stayed out for three nights on a cocain binge. She had her friend hit her until she bruised and said he did it!

chris brown turned himself in & they charged him with suspicion of making criminal threats, which they know carries a harsher sentence... both times Sizemore had the police called on him and both times it's a misdemeanor charge. lol. gimme a break. no pictures of the girlfriends leaked out either. Chris Brown's bail was $50,000... and even though sizemore has been arrested AND convicted before of abuse and drugs with a long list on his record of breaking probation, his bail is $20,000. have you seen this all over tv?? nope. why isnt the paparazzi all over this???

I agree lets see what the courts will say about this and how much if any time in jail. Or is this another let it go not that serious. Chris Brown was all over the news?? What happen here havn't heard anything on the news station on this one??MMMMM Looking forward to seeing if it will blow up or not.

This is his 2nd time getting arrested for abuse & he's been arrested for drug use several times and giving too many chances. he did supposedly do about 12 months on one of the drug charges because he was busted on probation but, most of the time they give him rehab. his longest probation was 3 yrs but he's been arrested almost every yr since 2003...so, what does this guy have to do stay in jail?? if you GOOGLE his name, they don't mention this latest arrest until the bottom of the page & i even went to the next page & still never found a link to POPEATER... so, it's obviously ok for some people to beat their g/f's and do drugs and not be put all over tv. I want my Diane Sawyer interview with his girlfriend so that she can become a hero to the women and help stop abuse.
